Mentorship and Career Development
One of the key elements of our biennial meeting is our commitment to mentorship and career development. We strive to support our graduate students and early-stage investigators. This year’s meeting will feature:
- Special sessions aimed at career development
- Networking opportunities
- Initiatives to increase the visibility of young scientists
- 26 short talks will be delivered by young scientists, selected from the submitted abstracts.
- A large number of studentships will also be awarded to facilitate the participation (travel and accommodation) of young scientists.
Anticipated Outcomes
We believe that the HSfN’s 30th Meeting will be an invaluable forum for our young scientists. It will not only offer them a chance to increase the visibility of their research but will also provide an opportunity to learn about cutting-edge developments in neuroscience from leading researchers and scientists.
