Submission Process Updated!
Dear colleagues,
The Hellenic Society for Neuroscience (HSfN) is excited to offer early-career scientists a platform to present their innovative research at the ESN-HSN joint meeting. PhD students in the advanced stages of their research, as well as postdoctoral researchers who completed their degrees in 2022 or later, are invited to apply for an oral presentation at the HSfN Young Members’ Symposia (YMS), held during the 31st Biennial HSfN Meeting in Naxos, Greece, from May 18 to May 21, 2025. It is essential to note that periods of absence for parental leave or military service will not be taken into account.
Selected applicants will receive financial support from HSfN to cover registration fees, accommodation during the conference, and economy travel expenses to Naxos from their institution, with a reimbursement cap of 500 Euros upon submission of receipts. Award notifications will be sent by January 31, 2025, and awardees will be required to register and submit their presentation abstract through the meeting’s official website at https://www.ESN-HSN-naxos2025.com/.
Application submissions are open from November 1 to December 15, 2024. The application package should include:
· an abstract (up to 250 words) for the proposed presentation in two versions (two separate files):
o one including the title, author names, and affiliations
o one including the title ONLY
· a current CV with a list of publications, and

Please email applications to hsfn18@gmail.com and CC the HSFN President, Dr. Vassilis Raos, at vasraos@gmail.com.
