Η οργανωτική επιτροπή του συνεδρίου της ΕΕΝ για το 2019 έλαβε 22 εξαιρετικές αιτήσεις για προφορικές ανακοινώσεις. Επιλέχθηκαν 10 άτομα, καθώς μια αλλαγή στο πρόγραμμα επέτρεψε την ενσωμάτωση 4 επιπλέον προφορικών παρουσιάσεων. Οι νέοι επιστημόνες που επιλέχθηκαν φαίνονται στον παρακάτω πίνακα.
